Weeklky Football Picks- Week 13

Here we go with my football picks for week 13. We're now into December, the home stretch of the season and eveyr game counts at this point.

As far as picking games this season, I have been doing pretty poorly, with many 9-7 weeks (this is without a spread, mind you) So hopefully I can pick up my record in December as well.

Last week's Record: 9-7
Season Record: 114-63

So far this week
NY Jets over Bills WIN

Indianapolis 33 Tennessee 31
This is an intriguing matchup, as I am now on the Titan bandwagon and they beat a legit tema in Arizona last week. However, this is the Colts, they seem to be the masters of the comeback. Give this to Indy my a fraction.

Houston 27 Jacksonville 10
A must win here for both teams. The Texans, are in my mind, the best team with a losing record and should easily dispose of the Jags, who looked horrible in San Fran last week.

Denver 27 Kansas City 17
I'm throwing the Chiefs a bone here since they are at home and I think they'll keep it close with the Broncos. Gamblers beware here. Of course, Denver can't lose this game.

Pittsburgh 20 Oakland 0
The Steelers must win this game and should win it essily. However, they did fall to an equally bad Chief team two weeks ago. A loss here and Pittsburgh season is over.

New Orleans 41 Washington 7
This is going to be one very ugly game right here. The Saints will go to 12-0 and the Washington fans will continue to call for Snyder's head. A rEdskin win here would be an absolute miracle.

Cincinnati 24 Detroit 6
The Bengals are on cruise control at this point of the season with a 8-3 record. They should have no problem disposing of the hapless Lions.

Chicago 20 St. Louis 16
Beware, the Bears ARE this bad. I think the Rams have a fighting chance here for their second win here. This game is most of all a measure of how bad Chicago acutally is, they need a big win to prove yself and the other critics wrong.

Carolina 17 Tampa Bay 7
It's all about the Panthers defense here, this game could be closer than most people think, simply because Carolina can't score points. They'll get enough here though.

Atlanta 23 Philadelphia 14 (Upset Pick)
Yeah, the Falcons are banged up, but so are the Eagles to an extent. This is an extremely risky upset pick, especially considering the Falcons will have Chris Redman behind center. But I'm confident in an Atlanta win.

New England 23 Miami 14
LEt's face it, without Ronnie Brown, this Dolphins team is not the same. The wildcat isn't going to do a whole lot against the Patriots this time around, New England will be angry after last week and should win.

San Diego 35 Clevleand 6
Back to back weeks that the Chargers get to sit back and cruise against a weak opponent. The Browns have an absolute zero chance of winning this game and it'll be soemthing if they score double digits.

NY Giants 17 Dallas 10
It pains me to do this, especialyl beign a Dallas fan, but I don;t see us beating the Giants this year. That being said, I don't see this being a very pretty game to watch and it'll be the team with the fewest mistakes that will win. That will be New York sadly, my confidence in this....first place???....Cowboy team is gone.

Seattle 24 San Francisco 13
Yeah I know, the 49ers looked pretty good this week and the Seahawks aren't very good. But Seattle is playign at home and they seem to always find a new life there, especially late in the season. Add in it's a division game and history is on Seattle's side.

Minnesota 33 Arizona 20
IF Warner palys, this will be a batlle of geezers (didn't we have this in JEts-Cardinals last year?). In any case, I don't expect Arizona being able to do a ton agaisnt the Vikings pretty stout defense. Another victory for the men in purple.

Green Bay 27 Baltimore 10
The ravens showed me last week that the old defense of the early part of the decade is gone, the Packers will be able to score points and prove Baltimore is not a playoff team.
